Dr. Phyllis J. Morgan is a general dentist and owner of Morgan and Associates Dental Office since 1999. She graduated from The University of North Texas in 1986 and completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from The University of Texas Dental Branch in 1990. Dr. Morgan has a passion for community outreach and founded a non-profit organization, 'One Tooth at a Time', to help those unable to afford dental services. She encourages young students to follow their dreams and never quit.
